Lambert Aliginia

Sustainability Lead.

Lambert Aliginia is a sustainability certification and Natural resources management expert with over 12 years’ experience in climate change, agroforestry, regenerative agriculture, bioenergy, cocoa sustainability operations, and stakeholder engagement. He leads carbon project development (afforestation, agroforestry), GHG MRV, EIAs,EMP, and ESMS design, and has guided multinationals to ISCC, Gold Standard, Rainforest Alliance, UTZ, and Fairtrade certifications. Lambert notably directed the design and technical delivery of large-scale afforestation carbon projects, implemented cocoa certification systems and ISCC biofuel feedstock certification in Africa. He integrates science, policy, and practice to drive ecosystem restoration, responsible sourcing, and resilient community livelihoods through local capacity building and strategic finance partnerships.

Jiregna Doti (PhD)

Head of Operations

Dr. Jiregna Doti is a distinguished environmental and natural resources management specialist with over 25 years of experience across Sub-Saharan Africa, including Ethiopia, Ghana, Tanzania, Mozambique, and South Africa. His expertise covers climate change adaptation, agroforestry, carbon certification, and sustainable land-use systems. He is known for promoting participatory forest management, ecosystem restoration, and regenerative agriculture, while also strengthening governance, carbon markets, and compliance systems. Through science-policy engagement, capacity building, and multi-stakeholder partnerships, Dr. Jiregna Doti promotes inclusive, market-based solutions that enhance food security, empower smallholder farmers, and protect biodiversity. His work bridges the gap between sustainability science and practical application, contributing to global climate and development goals.
